Mantrazone swaps

MANTRA Zone provides token exchanges through liquidity pools on MANTRA Chain. Traders use the assets available in those pools, while liquidity providers can earn fees from trades in the pools they supply.

Pool liquidity and swap handling

MANTRA DEX is an automated market maker (AMM), a decentralized exchange design that uses pooled assets for trading. Its published contract architecture assigns pool management and swap handling to the Pool Manager contract.

At the pool level, an exchange draws the output token from available liquidity in return for the input token. MANTRA DEX documents constant-product (XYK) and stableswap pools. For fixed starting reserves, an XYK pool returns less output per unit of input as the trade size increases. Stableswap pools use a different curve designed for low-slippage trades between stable assets.

Breakdown: Pool liquidity and swap handling
Activity Purpose Relationship to trading fees
Token swap Exchange one token for another using pool liquidity. The pool’s trading fee is a cost of the exchange.
Liquidity provision Supply assets that support exchanges in a pool. The provider can earn fees from trades in that pool.

Trading fees and network gas

Network gas pays for transaction processing on MANTRA Chain, separately from a pool’s trading fee. Gas costs measured in MANTRA and output amounts measured in the token received describe different quantities: the processing charge and the result of the exchange.

MANTRA Chain’s Weekly Transparency Report, Issue #21, published October 7, 2026, reported average network fees of 0.0136 MANTRA per transaction for September 28 to October 4, 2026. The report covered 14,274 Cosmos and EVM transactions with total network fees of 193.70 MANTRA.

That historical average measures network fees across transaction types during one week. It does not specify a pool’s trading-fee percentage, the output amount for a token pair or the total cost of a particular swap.

Swaps and cross-network transfers

MANTRA Zone also presents bridging, which moves assets between networks. A liquidity-pool swap on MANTRA Chain exchanges tokens on that chain. MANTRA DEX also documents multi-hop swaps that execute an ordered series of pool swaps using a route calculated off-chain. The multi-hop interface accepts an optional minimum total output and an optional maximum spread per swap. The presence of both features in the portal does not make an individual pool swap a cross-network transfer.
